The goal is to get everyone chipped. As soon as people get an RFID chip for healthcare the next step is to use the chip to make you pay in real time for your healthcare procedures, which means your chip will be tied into your bank account. The goal is to get everyone chipped and make people use a chip that is implanted in your body for all transactions, travel and, so on. It is about control.
