WASHINGTON (CBSDC) – James Holmes, the alleged gunman in the recent theater shooting in Colorado, is back in jail awaiting his next court appearance after what can be described as his bizarre appearance in court yesterday, in which he appeared with orange hair and seemed dazed or just plain out of it.
