Passenger kept hanging on by airline’s automated telephone queuing system for 15 HOURS

A businessman claims he was left on hold by a global airline for more than 15 hours after he called to confirm travel arrangements.
Andrew Kahn, from Adelaide in Australia, said he was placed in an automated queueing system when he phoned Qantas with a recorded message telling him he was next in line.
