Obama Care approves RFID chips no longer a myth. RFID chips will be implanted into patients. HR 3962 Obama Care bill actually approves RFID implants. Page 1505 “Data Claims For Health Records and any other data the secretary deems necessary”. This refers to the RFID chips used for patients healthcare records. They left the bill open to where the secretary can decide to add more and other information to the implanted RFID chips at a later time.

Page 1506 Link data, this means they can link to other information besides your health records such as your bank account through the healthcare implanted RFID chips.
Page 77 “Enable real time financial responsibilities at point of service” What this means is they will scan your chip and enable, which means that instant, to determine your financial ability. Just like any other healthcare coverage you still pay a portion of what the procedure costs. Obama care wont cover every procedure a doctor does. You will pay. While your at the doctor or hospital, they will instantly scan you and take the money out of your bank account in real time.
Republicans have no plan to get rid of Obama care or, at least any part which will stop people from being chipped. Don’t depend on anyone stopping Obama Care. They will play their left wing right wing games on TV while pretending they want to end Obama Care when the end game is getting everyone chipped. Both sides are told what to do, both sides want us all chipped. The new world order wants everyone chipped. The federal reserve and other central banks of the world want global governance. BIS the mother of central banks admits global governance here Your Obama care taxes go to federal reserve a private central bank, and it does not go to the people. They just passed a law to tax you under Obama care with the central bank collecting the tax. The world is going to a cashless system. Obama care states people to be chipped by spring of 2013. As we all know government works slowly and the new world order is patient. Expect to be chipped by 2022 by law. RFID chips will be world wide, do not think because you don’t live in the United States you wont be chipped. Mexico has many people chipped already. They start off with debit cards that are chipped then move on to healthcare then total forced Chipping by law. They will use propaganda such as ease of use, secure, safety, stops criminals. Be assured you will be chipped.
RFID chips page from FDA for implantable RFID chips for patient healthcare and identification.
Radio Frequency Transponder Patient Identification
The above link shows RFID microchips were approved for healthcare implantation since 2004. This has since been taken off the FDA website?
The above link is what was shown on the FDA website pertaining to medical RFID implants.
The original page from FDA site cant be found today since attention was drawn to it.

Obama Silver health care plan cost Obama Care Silver Plan Cost
HR 3962 was revised like 5 times but they only show the amendments. THE LAST amendment does not necessarily cancel out the other amendments. They don’t strike out any of the old provisions which were passed by law. We would have to see the exact copy of the bills given to the supreme court to know exactly what is passed and not passed. So far not one person can get the same copy the supreme court used to rule on Obama care. They have purposely deleted links to information and have made it so confused nobody can get to the bottom of anything. Just be warned, the provisions in other bills also required a RFID chip so remember that and realize that’s the end game. Everyone will get a RFID chip.

Sorry, folks, not true:
http://www.snopes.com/politics/medical/microchip.asp
Who can debunk this below! this comes directly from the government website from 2004. The government website has either moved or deleted the following below. In the article you can find the exact link and wording which was copied from the government website before they moved or deleted it.
From the government website it says below
“Guidance for Industry and FDA Staff Class II Special Controls Guidance Document: Implantable Radio frequency Transponder System for Patient Identification and Health Information”
Anyone with critical thinking can see what this means. It means a implantable tracking device and identification for humans. Transponder is a tracking device! in real time!
Hmmm, no wonder they want a cashless society. You will pay your healthcare by a RFID chip scanned directly to and from your bank account.
NEW WORLD ORDER WAKE UP PPL.
This is very scary! I thought we were in America not a communist country.
OK everyone, don’t panic. This has nothing to do with “chipping” everyone. It does have to do with putting an RFID tag in certain artificial implants, like hips and knees. When you get an artificial hip or knee, there is a serial number associated with each unique knee or hip. Currently the serial number is on a tear-off sticker on the implant package. In surgery I tear these off and affix them to the medical records. This serial number is for recall purposes. The new RFID tag is to take the place of the tear off tag. They will use a rfid with the serial number on it. That’s all it will have, it is not programmable.
Wrong Dave. RFID chips in Obama care talk about data collection for your healthcare records and more. Page 1505 “Data Claims For Health Records and any other data the secretary deems necessary” So your saying a pace maker manufacturer will have the RFID chip with your health records? That would be against HIPPA to let manufacturers have your health records.
Again, will artificial implants have the RFID chip that in real time enables your financial responsibility to pay? NO.
Your talking two different RFID chips here. It’s obvious you didn’t read or watch the video.
RFID tracking chips as the one in Obama care was approved around 2004 by the FDA. Not the manufacturer chip for implantable medical devices you speak of. Whole different subject.
I was under the impression that this portion of the bill did not pass? Has it been signed in to law?
Of course it’s passed it’s the Affordable Care Act HR BILL 3962.
In another section I found in HR 3962 it states
(D) enable the real-time (or near real-time) determination of an individual’s financial responsibility at the point of service and, to the extent possible
prior to service, including whether the individual is eligible for a specific service with a specific physician at a specific facility, on a specific date or range of dates.
The above goes hand and hand with this, which is in the affordable care act
“Enable real time financial responsibilities at point of service”
As you can see they do plan to use RFID at some point to transfer payments and know your financial responsibility before service. This can only mean a RFID chip.
The only way to know your financial status is to have your bank account integrated into the RFID chip.
It may be a RFID health card, but, in the affordable care act it’s plain to see it’s for imbedded RFID chips which go into humans. In HR 3962 they have it in plane site “Link data” which means linked to RFID chip.
RFID microchips approved for healthcare. This has since been taken off the FDA website?
Guidance for Industry and FDA Staff Class II Special Controls Guidance Document:Implantable Radiofrequency TransponderSystem for Patient Identification and Health Information
Below is the link which use to show what was on the FDA website but can not be found now on the FDA website. Wonder why. Maybe it was moved to another area. Below link is original RFID implantable device shown on FDA website.
Class 2 implantable RFID chip
HR 3962 was revised like 5 times but they only show the amendments. They don’t strike out any of the old provisions which were passed by law. We would have to see the exact copy of the bills given to the supreme court to know exactly what is passed and not passed. So far not one person can get the same copy the supreme court used to rule on Obama care. Its obvious Obama care approves RFID chips which will track you and have all your information
in H.R.3962 > page 1502 > line 16-17
it states: ” a class II device that is LIFE-SUPPORTING or LIFE-SUSTAINING”
a simple RFID chip (although it’s a class II) doesn’t meet these requirements.
I appreciate the effort in exposing your ideas with all the details and sources
(although I’d rather have you link to the official bill on house.gov site instead of the non official domain house.org)
but the interpretation of the fact is just skipping part of the information.
I can agree with you that there is certainly a plot and that this, little by little, is paving the road towards having RFID implanted, which I totally agree that is quite scary and am thankful that someone is watching over these matters;
however I must also warn not to jump to conclusions too quickly.
Enon you left out that class 2 does more than what you say.You didn’t follow the links to even know the full scope and truth.
True, a class 2 device is life supporting or life sustaining. But, It also is a radio frequency transponder system.
Which is a implantable radio frequency transponder
system. Which identifies by patient Identification, which sends a signal, class 2 enables access to secure patient ID
and corresponding health information in units.
fda.gov confirms what class 2 devices do as above. They do a lot more than what you realize.
Watch the video above, it links to all information which is in Obama care.
HR 3962 is the same on either website.
Also, this bill was rewritten as HR3590 and passed that way over two years ago. HR3590 has NO mention of RFID or even Device ID which you misrepresent here as RFID. Just FYI.
